At Innovative Ag Services, supporting our feed customers takes teamwork, communication, and people who truly understand the importance of dependable service. As our centralized feed desk continues to grow, we want to introduce you to the team working behind the scenes each day to help keep feed operations moving smoothly for our customers and locations across the IAS territory.


From entering orders and coordinating communication to supporting billing and working with vendors, this team plays an important role in helping deliver accurate, timely service to the producers we serve.
 

Meet the Team
 

Laci BeckLaci Beck | Feed Desk Lead

Raised on a farm, Laci developed a strong appreciation for agriculture and the importance of supporting producers and customers every day. With a background in customer service and operations, she enjoys building strong relationships, solving problems, and helping ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.


As Feed Desk Lead, Laci serves as a central point of communication between the IAS team, customers, feed truck drivers, and other partners. Her role focuses on helping ensure everyone stays informed and connected while providing reliable, organized support to customers and internal teams.

Erika Brincks | Feed Administrative Assistant

Erika brings 21 years of experience in customer service and agriculture, specifically within the feed industry. Throughout her career, she has built strong customer relationships while gaining extensive knowledge of feed operations and customer support.


At IAS, Erika works closely with larger vendors while helping ensure feed orders are processed accurately and efficiently. She also assists with order entry, billing processes, and updating pricing within the system.

Heather Ewing
Heather Ewing | Feed Desk Assistant

Heather brings more than 15 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, accounting, and office management. Her background includes billing, payroll, accounts receivable and payable, and customer account management across a variety of industries.


As a Feed Desk Assistant at IAS, Heather supports the team through feed order entry, customer account updates, and billing support to help operations run efficiently.
